<description>Yes, I love Apple but I would agree that their forums need help. It's amazing how such a great company can have such a dismal solution for online support. That said, I promised NEVER to talk bad about Apple again because I too recently had a tremendous customer service experience with their people. I won't go into detail about it because I don't want to abuse the tremendous favor they extended to me. My point is that they gave me a lot and they gave me what was more than fair without question. They may have lost a few bucks but they gained a life long fanatical customer and they'll make it back in the long run. Consider this the next time you're dealing with your customers or clients. Give them a little and it will go a long way.
